The AC Schnitzer quad sports exhaust has been developed specifically for the M2 Competition to give the best possible sound and appearance while retaining the OPF filters (which form part of the emissions system). Unlike the bulky standard silencer, the AC Schnitzer silencer has been engineered so that it is not visible from the rear of the car. Available with a choice of chrome, black ceramic or 100mm diameter carbon fibre tailpipes, this system retains the ECU-controlled valves. Fully compatible with AC Schnitzer performance upgrade and carbon fibre diffuser (see below).

Warranty
In principle, all AC Schnitzer products sold in the UK carry a two-year manufacturer's warranty, or until the end of the 3 year BMW warranty period, whichever is longer.
