This kit is the front OEM M3 lower and upper control arms which are a direct replacement for the stock arms on your 2006-2013 E90, E92, E93 non-M 325i, 328i, 330i, and 335i (RWD models only).
The new M3 arms provide more negative camber and have stronger bushings and ball joints. These will therefore reduce understeer, improve handling, and improve steering feel.
This control arm set replaces your stock front suspension tension arms and wishbone with the OEM M3 pieces which increases negative camber, increased steering feedback, and strengthened solid joints. The negative camber is increased by approximately .75 degrees for better turn-in and chassis balance. These M3 upgrade arms can be used with the stock, non-M suspension on both E9X and E8X cars. One of the key advantages of the M3 arms is in the new bushings. The tension arm bushings on the M3 are not filled with fluid like the non-M stock bushings (which tends to leak out). The M3 solid rubber design makes them stiffer and last longer. For cars with adaptive headlights or xenon the original non-M headlight leveling arm cannot be re-used so we can get you a M3 one instead. We can include the M3 arm in this package. Remove the lower ball joint/stud from both arms and use the M3 stud on the non-M arm. Secure with the included M6 nut.
Kit includes left and right upper tension arms, lower wishbone arms, and includes the M3 headlight leveling arm (you only need the bottom stud from it).
These arms are made by TRW - the original supplier to BMW for the stock M3 arms.
