Nforcd's M140i
So welcome to hour BMW M140i, brilliant car. Soooo what have we done to it?
We installed KSB front splitter which we now stock. - Great improvement to the BMW its incredible how much difference a splitter and side skirts can make.
The next modification was the spoiler, these are now in stock on our website.
We then installed the rear reflector tint this was just to make the back more aggressive. As well as the full real carbon fiber spoiler.
We have installed a black ring to cover the chrome and once again to clean the back of the car up a little more.
The next modification was more handling modifications. We installed the M4 control arms and the OEM BMW underbrace as well as some new M performance bump stop. There was a massive difference. The M3 control arm Upgrade were night and day difference, the harder bushings and the extra camber combined with a performance alignment was perfect. Turn in was massively improved. The underbrace was dead easy to install and makes the back end just feel that bit more connected.
Then we installed LED indicator wing mirror lights and the M Performance wing mirrors. Made sense to do the two at the same time seeing as the mirror was already in pieces. Nice little upgrade, helped with blacking the car out even futher.
To finish off the blacking our of the car we changed the front grill to our Gloss black Front grill, once again just removing the chrome. Super easy mod to do just to clean the front of the car up.
Now on to the performance modifications. We installed our performance 4.5" Decat for the B58. Made a huge noise difference, we chose our 4.5 inch decat as that one lets the best flow out of the car according to our testing. The car was still a little quiet for our liking so we installed our M Performance Exhaust to finish it off. One of the best modifications. The pops and bangs are brilliant and just sound great. The last thing we did was to install the fuel pump upgrade to the TU OEM BMW Fuel pump. The car is just waiting for a tune now we are hoping for around the 470 to 500 hp frame.
