How to install MK2 ST Intake Scoop instructions:

While holding the slam plate in place undo the clips indicated on the photo below.

Then you will need to undo the clips to the standard scoop – to make this as easy as possible we recommend using one screwdriver to lift up the slip while using another screwdriver to unscrew the top part. (As shown in the photo below.)

Next remove the slam plate and proceed to unscrew the two screws that are holding the standard scoop in place – theses are indicated in the photos below. You can now remove the standard scoop.

You can then insert the scoop inside standard housing. You can either stick or screw the scoop to the standard housing.

The next step is to remove this plastic panel (indicated below) before you insert the scoop back into the car. To do this you need to remove the two screws on the left of the panel (indicated below) which will mean that the panel can be removed to make more room for the new scoop. However, if you are unable to move this part on your vehicle then you need to make small cuts that are big enough for the scoop to fit through.

Then it is a simple as repeating these steps in reverse to put everything back on the car.
